Visiting Missionaries

This weekend Caitlin and I decided that we should go to the Salt Lake City temple. We had a free day and conveniently, we knew that we might get the opportunity to see a few of our friends that are serving missions up there/training on the square.

The first person we got to see is Sister Janet Reynders who is actually serving her mission on temple square. She was beaming with the excitement that so many missionaries do. It was great to see her and hear her talk about the missionary work she is able to do all in a few block radius.

Then we ran into Sister Cami Christiansen who just left on Tuesday to go to the Laie Hawaii visitors center. Caitlin and Cami were roommates at BYU-Idaho so Caitlin was overjoyed to be able to see her before she left for Hawaii.

And lastly, we got to see Hermana Holly Larson (Julie's little sister) who is now in Mesa Arizona. Her Spanish was so good and she seemed eager to finally be in the mission field. 10 weeks in the MTC is a long time! She's going to do great things in Arizona.
What a fun weekend of visiting sister missionaries. They are all doing great things and dedicating a year and a half of their lives to serving the Lord. Way to be!
