Home Garden

Caitlin and I decided we should start a garden (we're all about being self sustained) so we planted some plants a few weeks back. We have tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, cilantro, green onions, jalapenos, and of course, wildflowers. We just really wanted flowers so we thought we'd see how they turned out. :)

These are our seedlings. Look how cute those little guys are. :)

This last weekend the plants were getting so huge, we had to repot them. So out on the balcony we went and we repotted to our hearts content.

You can tell that we're going to be good parents cause we gave our plants plenty of good dirt and luscious water. They're thriving. We're planning on making salsa once they've all blossomed. Maybe if you're lucky, you'll get an invite to taste some of it.

  1. wondering how i missed out on free baby sitting week, or, er, service week :) but salsa-tasting week sounds exciting too!

  2. Your plants look big! (I hope ours get to the size that we need to replant them too!) I can't wait to meet your wife someday...She sounds like so much fun! I'm sure you agree. :)
